I'd like to say a huge thank you to Mr Iridient - Brian Griffith - for restoring my excitement and confidence in the new camera and lenses, and in his software. not only is it the best converter on the market for Fuji RAF files, but I received the most efficient and effective technical support that I've ever received from any software company, and the developer is actively paying attention to users and working to make the package even better. I even thought about sending the gear back. I'd spent so much money on the camera, lenses and software - I really chose carefully and wanted the whole experience to be insanely great, so to speak, but this looked like a serious problem to me. Not only that, but he was genuinely interested in learning about the problem in order to improve the software in future. two hours later I was speaking directly to the author of the software, who provided amazing support and solved the problem for me almost immediately. I thought I'd sound out the community on DPReview to see if anyone else had come across the problem. I was a bit deflated. I'd spent so much money on the camera, lenses and software - I really chose carefully and wanted the whole experience to be insanely great, so to speak, but this looked like a serious problem to me. With great excitement after my first few shots with the camera, I launched the software and almost immediately found a problem.

After much research and swithering about the price, I decided to go for broke on my purchase of new Fuji equipment, and bought a license for Iridient Developer at the same time.
